Your Success Profile What You Will Work On Machine Learning Engineering (Primary) • Design, build, and deploy scalable ML models for production systems. • Work on feature engineering, model training, tuning, evaluation, and deployment. • Develop and maintain high-performance ML pipelines for data processing and inference. • Optimize ML models for latency, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. • Implement robust monitoring and observability frameworks for ML models in production. • Work closely with data engineers, MLOps engineers, and product teams to integrate ML solutions into business workflows. AI Engineering Transition Pathway • Gain hands-on experience in deep learning, LLMs, multimodal AI, and generative AI. • Learn and apply cutting-edge AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, LangChain). • Experiment with transformers, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning. • Contribute to the development of AI-powered applications and intelligent automation systems. • Engage in research-driven AI projects, attending relevant AI/ML conferences and workshops. • Collaborate with AI scientists and researchers to productionize advanced AI models. You’re honest and forthright, have a strong moral compass, and strive to match your words with your actions while leading by example. • Simplicity - Be like Einstein: “Everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler.” Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields. • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn). • Experience with building, training, and optimizing ML models (regression, classification, recommendation, NLP, etc.). • Familiarity with MLOps best practices (model deployment, versioning, monitoring). • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed computing. • Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, and model fine-tuning is a plus. • Knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) is a strong advantage. Preferred • Experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral), prompt engineering, or fine-tuning. • Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and AI-powered search systems. • Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Ray, Hugging Face). • Background in AI-driven applications such as computer vision, speech processing, or reinforcement learning.
