Role Overview We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Analytics Architect to design and lead scalable, high-impact analytics solutions across the organization. This is a strategic role at the intersection of technology, business, and data, ideal for someone passionate about enterprise data strategy, analytics platforms, and cloud innovation. 🧠 What You'll Do Architecture & Strategy • Develop and maintain enterprise analytics architecture (data models, reporting platforms, integration frameworks). • Design secure, scalable data solutions leveraging modern tools (cloud, big data, ML frameworks). • Align analytics efforts with business objectives and IT strategy. Leadership & Collaboration • Partner with business, IT, and data teams to drive data-driven decision-making. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analytics and data engineering teams. • Act as SME in analytics platforms, governance, and BI strategy. Execution & Optimization • Lead the development of ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data integration. • Ensure high data quality, compliance, and performance. • Continuously optimize systems for cost-efficiency and scalability. Governance & Innovation • Establish architecture standards and best practices across teams. • Maintain clear documentation of data flows, systems, and decisions. • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve. ✅ What We're Looking For • 12–15 years in enterprise data architecture, analytics, or BI. • Proven track record designing mission-critical analytics platforms. • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data modeling, and big data tech. • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP SAC). • Understanding of machine learning tools and frameworks. • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management. • Certifications (Preferred): TOGAF, AWS/GCP/Azure Architect, SAP BI, CISSP, etc. • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data, or related field.
