We are seeking a .NET Architect to join our team full-time. This role focuses on modernizing legacy applications, improving efficiency, and implementing secure technologies. The project operates within the educational industry. Requirements • Experience: 7+ years in software development, 3+ years in solution architecture • Technical Skills: • Backend: .NET Core 3 • Architecture: Microservices, Cloud (Microsoft Azure) • Cloud Tools: Azure DevOps, AKS, Databricks, Service Bus • Databases: Microsoft SQL, MongoDB • Data Management: Integration & transformation expertise • Development Processes: Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and containerization • Computer Science Fundamentals: Design patterns, algorithms, testing practices Responsibilities • Engage with key stakeholders to define business goals & objectives • Design and document solution architecture and technical strategies • Lead architecture modernization efforts, ensuring efficiency & security • Review and validate design decisions for consistency with the vision • Guide software development, testing, and deployment processes • Communicate trade-offs and technical decisions to stakeholders • Support the educational industry by implementing scalable, efficient solutions for digital transformation We offer: • Remote work (within USA), full-time • Long-term contract • Competitive compensation • World-class team • Interesting, challenging tasks
