Job Title: IT Systems and Network Administrator Location: Austin, Texas(Onsite) We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Required Qualifications: • Experience in network administration or support roles. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft server environments, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V. • Hands-on experience with Cisco and Meraki network equipment and VoIP systems. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience documenting and supporting compliance-driven IT environments. • Proficiency in administering and managing Windows Server environments (2012 or later) within an Active Directory domain. • Knowledge of managing access control lists, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), file and print services, and automation systems. • Experience supporting imaging/document management systems. • Operational support experience for VoIP-based phone systems. • Skills in configuring and supporting core TCP/IP services such as LDAP, DHCP, DNS, and SMTP. • Working knowledge of virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) to ensure system uptime and scalability. • Experience administering Cisco networking equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN infrastructure. • Proficiency in supporting internal LAN/WAN infrastructure, wireless access points, and telecommunications systems. • Experience administering and troubleshooting Meraki wireless infrastructure. • Ability to monitor and analyze network performance using tools such as PRTG, MRGT, and ManageEngine. • Experience performing software and hardware updates, upgrades, and proactive troubleshooting to minimize downtime. • Ability to provide documentation and reporting for audits, compliance, and internal use. • Experience maintaining Microsoft 365 services, including user account provisioning, mailbox management, Teams, and SharePoint. Responsibilities: • Administer and support enterprise IT network infrastructure including Cisco and Meraki devices, VoIP systems, and Microsoft 365 services. • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory domains. • Support virtual environments to ensure system scalability and uptime. • Provide operational support for all telecommunications, imaging, and document management systems. • Configure and maintain core TCP/IP services and ensure network security and reliability. • Perform hardware and software maintenance tasks, updates, and troubleshooting. • Monitor network and system performance using industry-standard tools and proactively address potential issues. • Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and compliance-related activities. • Assist in internal and external audits through accurate reporting and documentation. • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
