We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Senior Manager, Solutions Architect to work directly with customers, engineer, deliver, and implement solutions within their data ecosystems. The successful candidate will not only possess deep technical expertise but also have the ability to enhance customer and solutions-oriented skills within the team. Key Responsibilities: • Lead technical engagements with enterprise customers, focusing on envisioning, designing, and prototyping business solutions. • Conduct architecture and design reviews to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements. • Document requirements related to data, workflows, systems, and integrations. • Manage and deliver customer projects from initiation to completion. • Provide expertise to support architecture governance. • Collaborate with various partners to identify and prioritize technical needs across systems. • Travel to customer sites as needed to strengthen relationships and facilitate implementations. • Ensure adherence to company policies in areas such as development methodology and compliance. Your background should include a strong blend of technical skills and leadership with an emphasis on customer success in regulated environments. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree • At least 6 years of experience in Software Engineering or Systems Architecture • At least 2 years of experience in creating solution architectures within public clouds (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Preferred Qualifications: • Master's Degree in a relevant field • 7+ years of software engineering experience • 5+ years as a Solutions Architect in complex organizations • Hands-on experience with infrastructure, databases, networking, and CI/CD tooling • Proficiency in architecting scalable systems in regulated environments • Experience working with business clients and stakeholders • AWS or equivalent cloud certifications Location: Remote (regardless of location). This role will not offer employment authorization sponsorship. Annual salary range: $204,900 - $233,800. Performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package are also available.
