We guarantee you won’t find a better place to work and thrive than at Blueprint In This Role: As an Application Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational continuity and stability for enterprise-level financial and ERP systems during a global team transition. Your focus will be supporting core business applications—primarily Microsoft Dynamics GP—by resolving support tickets, collaborating with users and team members, and ensuring that all cases are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. You will serve as the primary point of contact for application-related issues, leveraging your accounting knowledge, Dynamics GP expertise, and customer service skills to drive results. Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end support for Dynamics GP (all modules), managing a mix of new and ongoing support cases daily. Respond to and resolve an average of 3 new support cases per day, aiming to close each within a 7-day timeframe. Work closely with business users to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounting, finance, and operational modules. Collaborate with internal team members for knowledge-sharing, onboarding, and process improvements. Participate in daily meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional team huddles (1–3 hours/day). Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and process updates. Contribute to the team’s overall case closure rate, customer satisfaction, and operational uptime. Required Qualifications: 5–7 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP, covering multiple application areas (e.g., GL, AP, AR, SOP, POP). Solid understanding of accounting principles; a background in accounting or a business degree is required. Proven experience in customer support or end-user interaction, especially in an enterprise application environment. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues under tight deadlines. Basic familiarity with SQL—able to run queries and interpret results (not required to be expert level). Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience supporting enterprise applications for large global teams or during operational transitions. Experience with Dynamics GP support tools, ticketing systems, and remote troubleshooting. History of working with or supporting teams during global transitions or team relocations. Exposure to Power BI, SSRS, or similar BI/reporting tools for data validation and reporting (optional but a plus). Salary Range Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $80,000 to $82,000 USD annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
