Title: Manager, Data Management Duration: Fulltime Salary: $140,000- $156,000 Location: Hybrid Schedule in Nashville, TN • Must HavesBachelor’s Degree • 5-7 years’ experience in multiple data technologies and processes such as MDM, Data Management, Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Quality or Data Governance • Strong SQL and Apache Air Flow/Google Cloud Composure experience • Leadership experience overseeing direct reports • CI/CD Pipeline experience • Experience working with GCP (AWS or Azure is okay too) • Comfortable working in Agile environment Plusses • Data Architecture or management of Data Architects Day to Day A large healthcare client in the Nashville area is looking to hire a Manager of Data Management local to Nashville. This individual will serve as a liaison between Business and Functional areas and technology to ensure that data related business requirements for data are clearly defined, communicated and well understood and considered as part of operational prioritization and planning. He or she will also establish and oversee an enterprise data management roadmap, data governance, data quality management (DQM), Information Architecture, MDM/Reference data management and data operations for Human Resources Group Data Warehouse. The role also includes overseeing 6 individuals and being in person 3 days a week.
