Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TestingXperts is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer with deep expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, and PowerShell automation. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and support enterprise-level Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring security, reliability, and efficiency. Responsibilities • Manage and support Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments. • Oversee Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) , including user lifecycle, roles, and conditional access. • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and tenant management. • Implement and support SSO, identity federation, and security/compliance policies. • Troubleshoot complex mail flow, authentication, and service-related issues. • Collaborate across teams for Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive support. • Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and technical guides. • Provide Tier 3 support for escalated M365 incidents. Skills • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra ID) • Expert PowerShell scripting for M365 automation • In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online architecture, compliance, and mail routing • Strong understanding of Conditional Access, MFA, and identity governance • Familiarity with M365 Security & Compliance Center • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills • Experience with SharePoint Online and Teams administration is a plus • Certification: Microsoft 365 Certified – Enterprise Administrator Expert preferred Company Overview • Next Gen QA & Software Testing Company It was founded in 1996, and is headquartered in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
