What’s yours?Position Overview Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the individual company's goals and objectives, as well as align with global IT strategy. Ensure the security and integrity of SAP systems, manage budgets and resources, lead cross-functional teams, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Responsible for developing and managing the Enterprise’s Overall SAP System Architecture and development. Facilitates the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions, including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications across the enterprise. Responsible for the overall design of the SAP enterprise-wide architecture. Maintains a complete understanding of systems and environments and is responsible for approving the relevant functional and technical specifications which cross Applications and/or Solutions. Ensures existing system architecture assets are identified, stewarded, and leveraged across the enterprise. What you'll do Responsible for the delivery and financial management of SAP and interfacing systems hosted on Azure cloud. Work with an implementation partner to develop and implement a global IT strategy for SAP systems to meet the business objectives of the organization. Identify and mitigate risks associated with systems, including security, compliance, and data privacy. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP-related projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet business requirements. Manage a team of SAP experts, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, to ensure that the team can provide the necessary technical support and expertise. Identify opportunities to optimize SAP systems and processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the user experience. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to ensure that SAP systems are aligned with business needs and objectives. Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in SAP systems to ensure that the organization is using the most advanced technology available. Need to ensure that the Enterprise Architecture (EA) aligns with SAP standards and best practices to help ensure that the organization is using SAP systems effectively and efficiently. Develop road maps describing the evolution of all enterprise solution portfolios from the current state to the future state. Analyze enterprise business context (trends and business strategy), as well as change requirements in other EA viewpoints, to derive the Enterprise Systems Architecture (ESA) change requirements to guide solution decisions for the enterprise. Consult with application or infrastructure development projects to harmonize systems or infrastructure with the ESA and identify when it is necessary to modify the solution architecture to accommodate project needs. Understand and advocate the principles of business and IT strategies, as well as of EA development and service delivery. Be prepared to "sell" the EA process (overall, not just for ESA), its outcome, and ongoing results, and to lead the communication, marketing, or educational activities needed to ensure ESA’s success and use. Defines strategy, standards, processes, policies, and procedures for hardware and software builds. Understands and advises on system options, risks, cost versus benefits, and impact on the enterprise business process and goals. Develops and manages an ERP systems architecture governance process. Educate the business and IT on the value of system integration and its associated attributes and promotes solution sharing, consistency, and reuse. Communicate clear and timely status reporting on progress, task assignments, and issues. Perform duties as assigned by the manager for critical projects. Who you are Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a business-related major is required. 15+ years of IT experience, 10+ years’ experience in information systems design, 4+ skills in enterprise architecture (EA) strategies, processes, and methodologies, 3+ HANA S/4 experience; ABAP, BASIS, and DBA experience a plus. Basic, Solid or Expert knowledge of and demonstrated experience in successfully implementing ERP systems and solutions Basic, Solid or Expert knowledge in developing, authenticating, and maintaining large, enterprise-level systems Basic, Solid or Expert knowledge working through ambiguous initiatives to develop effective solutions Basic, Solid or Expert knowledge in exploiting existing technologies and learning and using new technologies Basic, Solid or Expert knowledge and application of IT change, release, problem, incident and continuity management processes Basic, Solid or Expert knowledge of the software development lifecycle processes and typical problems associated with the implementation of information systems, from initial concept through development and implementation to operation and support Basic, Solid or Expert knowledge of testing strategies and methodologies Strong leadership in facilitating workshops with business users and IT for requirement collection, prioritization, and solution design Strong leadership skills Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills required, as excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization Strong interpersonal skills and an effective mentor and coach related to system component interdependence.
