This role is highly strategic and technical, and ideal for candidates with proven experience in archiving/journaling solutions, regulatory support, and compliance tooling across diverse communication platforms. This is not a user-facing role—it requires strong engineering expertise, direct product experience with archiving tools (e.g., Enterprise Vault, Microsoft O365 Compliance Center), and the ability to lead projects and influence outcomes. Ideal candidates will be Houston- or Atlanta-based, and enthusiastic about contributing to regulatory innovation in a highly matrixed environment. What You’ll Do • Lead initiatives to deploy archiving, journaling, and eDiscovery tools across chat, email, voice, and mobile communication platforms • Architect and implement scalable, compliant solutions using tools like Enterprise Vault, O365 Compliance Center, and third-party connectors • Partner with legal and compliance stakeholders to support investigations, audits, or regulatory inquiries • Contribute to RFPs and vendor evaluations; participate in tool assessments, PoCs, and future-state architecture design • Troubleshoot system gaps or regulatory risks; propose and implement process enhancements that ensure effective monitoring and visibility • Provide input on migrations from legacy platforms to modern, cloud-native environments • Drive adoption of best practices around retention, searchability, discovery, and policy-based automation • Produce documentation for systems and standard procedures for audit-readiness and legal hold processes What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you should bring both deep technical skill and strong cross-functional acumen. While the engineering and solution delivery responsibilities are primary, the ability to work with stakeholders across compliance, legal, IT, and business is crucial.
