As a Data Analyst at PHI, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI in a Microsoft Fabric ecosystem. This means building reports using Fabric lakehouses and semantic models. Additionally, you will support and enhance legacy systems using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, work with data engineers to create data models, develop reports and dashboards, and help to ensure data accuracy and consistency. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES Design, develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions, including semantic models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards. Maintain and enhance legacy reporting systems using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Migrate and integrate legacy reporting systems with new BI technologies where applicable. Work with other data analysts to provide PHI with a uniform look and feel on all reports Work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, data engineers, and other IT teams to understand data needs and deliver effective BI solutions. Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI, and SSRS tools and reports. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. Proficiency with Power BI and DAX formula language. Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Experience with Microsoft Fabric a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
