Overview: We are seeking a skilled MS Exchange Administrator & Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and engineering both on-premises Exchange environments and Exchange Online (Microsoft 365). Experience with Mimecast is highly desirable and will be considered a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: • Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Exchange environments (on-prem and Exchange Online). • Design and implement Exchange solutions, including migrations and hybrid configurations. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability. • Manage email security, archiving, and continuity solutions, with a preference for Mimecast. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technical requirements. • Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in messaging and collaboration technologies. Qualifications: • Proven experience with Microsoft Exchange (2016/2019 and Exchange Online). • Strong understanding of hybrid Exchange environments and migration strategies. • Experience with Mimecast or similar email security and archiving platforms is a major plus. • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and related services. • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred Certifications: • Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate • Mimecast certifications (if applicable)
