Role: MS Dynamics CRM Technical Architect ? Intelligent Order Management Location: Dallas, TX (Initial Remote) • At least 12-15 years of experience in in Microsoft technologies • At least 8 -10 years on Dynamics CRM (across versions, Dynamics 365 is a must) : Should have experience of multiple customer projects in progressively senior roles • Should have implementation experience in at least two end-to-end CRM programs, in the role of a Technical Architect / Solution Architect: such programs must have involved complex functionality, multiple integrations and involve more than one module of Dynamics CRM: Must have demonstrable capability of architecture/design of the above CRM applications • Must have experience in multiple D365 CRM modules : Sales / Service / Field Service • Some exposure to Microsoft Intelligent Order Management (IOM) is a big plus • Experience in Field Service module is a big plus • Must be thorough and hands-on Dynamics 365 CE, including SDK, Web API, development of plug-ins, custom workflows, Power Automate, custom pages (React JS) and integration services • Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including .NET/C#, Azure services (integration, ADF, etc) • Prior experience in Power Apps in a plus • Experience in working in an Agile methodology is a must • Must have prior experience in the onsite-offshore model • Good customer interface and documentation skills
