About the Role: You’ll build, maintain, and improve software using .NET. Expect to write clean code, squash bugs, and help ship releases. We want someone who understands the basics, isn’t afraid to speak up, and can actually get work done without handholding. What You’ll Do: • Build and maintain applications with C# and .NET (Core or Framework, depending on the stack) • Write APIs and backend logic—sometimes front-end if you’re up for it • Review code, give feedback, and take it too • Troubleshoot, debug, and solve problems without drama • Work with SQL Server or other databases • Collaborate with product, QA, and the rest of the team (no, you don’t have to “synergize”) • Help with deployment and version control (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.) What You’ll Need: • 3–5 years professional experience in C# and .NET • Solid SQL knowledge—read, write, and optimize queries • Experience with RESTful APIs • Comfortable with version control (Git) • Able to explain your code to another human being (not just Stack Overflow copy/paste) • Bonus: Experience with cloud (Azure/AWS), JavaScript frameworks, or automated testing Why Join: • Real projects, real problems, no corporate fluff • Salary in line with your experience • Decent benefits (healthcare, PTO, 401k, etc.) • A team that cares more about shipping than endless meetings
