Job Title: Business Central Developer -Remote Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Central Developer to design, implement, and support customizations and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AL programming, extensions, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions using AL language, Extensions, and Visual Studio Code. • Design, configure, and implement customizations, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements. • Integrate Business Central with other business systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services. • Provide support for Business Central implementations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. • Collaborate with business analysts, consultants, and stakeholders to gather and understand business needs. • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. • Perform system testing, deployment, and support go-live activities. • Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, configurations, and customizations. Required Qualifications: • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV. • Technical Skills: • Proficiency in AL language and developing Extensions for Business Central. • Familiarity with C/AL programming (for legacy NAV versions). • Experience with Visual Studio Code, Git, and ALM tools. • Knowledge of SQL Server and writing optimized queries. • Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., APIs, OData, SOAP, JSON). • Functional Skills: • Understanding of core Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory). • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and other tools in the Microsoft Power Platform. • Microsoft certifications in Business Central or related areas. • Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based services. • Understanding of Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour Schedule: • Monday to Friday Work Location: On the road
