POSITION SUMMARY: The Power BI Analyst will collaborate with our Customer Success, Product, and client teams to deliver actionable analytics. This position will manage client expectations, convey complex information, and foster strong working relationships. The Power BI Analyst will be responsible for transforming complex data into insights that drive operational excellence. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: Business Intelligence and Insights - 100% Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support internal teams and external clients Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions Work directly with clients to gather requirements, present analytics, and provide actionable insights to improve practice operations Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing physician satisfaction and patient access Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reporting and analytics processes Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on using Power BI tools and interpreting analytics Stay updated on Power BI advancements and industry best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE) May work on special projects or other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY/BUDGETARY/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY Communicate with external clients, clinicians, vendors, and service providers QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field 5 years of experience as a Power BI Analyst or similar role, with a strong portfolio of dashboards and reports 3-5 years' experience writing SQL queries, views, and stored procedures Previous experience in healthcare analytics or working with clinician practices preferred Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate preferred Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Ability to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all times Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in analyzing and presenting data Familiarity with healthcare or staffing industry data is a plus but not required.
