Azure DevOps Engineer – Cloud Modernization & Automation About the Role: This is a hands-on role supporting a large-scale modernization project, emphasizing cloud operations and infrastructure. The position requires expertise in DevOps engineering, operations management, and cloud troubleshooting, with a strong focus on automation and infrastructure-as-code (IaC). Key Qualifications (Must-Haves): • Minimum 5 years of experience in Azure DevOps (operations, architecture, configuration, management) • Expert proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and Proficiency in Ansible for configuration management and automation. • Strong experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines • Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) • Strong scripting skills and experience with automation and monitoring solutions • Solid understanding of Azure networking, routing, firewalls, DNS, and endpoints • Azure Certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Expert, DevOps Engineer Expert) highly preferred • Excellent communication skills (Rated 10/10) Role Focus: • Supporting a Tier III operational environment with engineering and troubleshooting responsibilities. • Collaborating with application and engineering teams to assess issues and implement solutions. • Automating infrastructure deployment and configuration using Terraform and Ansible. • Providing insight into best practices for cloud infrastructure and deployments. • Driving improvements in operational processes and automation to enhance efficiency and reliability.
