The ideal candidate will have deep experience designing enterprise CRM solutions, with specific expertise in migration planning, architecture, and execution. This role is central to defining the future-state solution landscape for a leading banking organization, where architectural decisions must consider regulatory, data residency, and auditability constraints inherent to the financial services industry. It also involves guiding the technical team, and ensuring the successful delivery of a scalable, secure, and integrated D365 CRM platform. This position combines architectural oversight with hands-on involvement in critical solution components and integration flows. Key Responsibilities: • Define and own the overall architecture and solution design for the migration from Salesforce to D365 CRM. • Lead end-to-end migration planning including data model alignment, system mapping, and transformation strategies. • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, future-ready solution designs. • Provide technical leadership to developers and ensure alignment with architectural principles and client standards. • Design integration architecture leveraging Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, etc.) for seamless connectivity across systems. • Review and validate data migration processes including cleansing, transformation, and loading activities. • Ensure secure, compliant, and performant configurations of D365 CRM including security roles, business rules, and automation. • Participate in sprint planning, technical governance, and risk assessment discussions. • Experience working with Dataverse, solution layering, and managed/unmanaged solution deployment best practices. • Own the technical governance and sign-off process for solution design decisions, working closely with client architecture teams. Required Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of solution design and architecture experience, focused on Microsoft D365 CRM(Marketing) modules). • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and CRM process alignment. • Proficient in Azure integration services, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and REST APIs. • Strong knowledge of D365 CRM security models, solution layering, and ALM processes. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional environments. • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices for D365 CRM solutions
