Position: IT Support Analyst Compensation: $21.00 - 25.00/per hour Benefits: Competitive Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, Retirement Plan w/ match, 3.5 weeks PTO, etc. Location: Orlando, FL area (Onsite) We are seeking a full-time, permanent IT Support Analyst to be an integral part of a IT team! Responsibilities: In this role you'll be assisting with IT infrastructure management, application & systems support, managing local servers, cyber security monitoring and technical support for end-users. You will also assist with troubleshooting and doing administration for the organizations EHR system (Electronic Health Record). Preferred Experience: • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience • Proficient with Windows Server (2022), Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Office 365 Admin Portal • Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V), cloud services (Azure AD or Entra ID), • Experience with Tickets Systems or Monitoring tools like ServiceDesk Plus, Jira, ServiceNow • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards like HIPAA and NIST • Working knowledge of change, incident and asset management • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills Bonus Experience: • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or VMware Certified Professional are a plus • Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Intergy, MiPac, etc.) • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) #LI-NB1 #ZRCFSTECH #INNOV2025
