Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant Location: Florida Employment Type: Contract Job Description: We are seeking a talented and results-driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our growing team and lead the implementation, optimization, and support of D365 solutions. The ideal candidate will work with clients to identify business requirements and deliver end-to-end ERP or CRM solutions using Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 platform (D365 F& O or D365 CE). This position requires strong analytical skills, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to bridge technical and business teams. Key Responsibilities: • Lead or support full-cycle implementations of D365 Finance & Operations (F& O) and/or D365 Customer Engagement (CE) • Configure and customize core modules such as: • Finance (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting) • Supply Chain Management (Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Warehousing, Production) • Project Operations or Project Accounting • Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service) • Gather and analyze business requirements; map them to D365 features and best practices • Design, test, and deploy D365 configurations and custom workflows • Collaborate with technical teams for custom development (Power Platform, X++, JavaScript, plugins) • Manage data migration, system integration, and user adoption strategies • Train end users, develop documentation, and provide post-go-live support • Stay current on Microsoft updates, features, and roadmap developments • Utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and other tools for implementation lifecycle Qualifications & Requirements: • 3–7+ years of hands-on D365 experience, including end-to-end implementation projects • Strong knowledge in at least one of the following D365 suites: • Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP) • Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a strong plus • Familiarity with integration tools (KingswaySoft, Azure Logic Apps, CDS/DataVerse) • Experience using Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps for project tracking • Ability to write functional requirements and interface with technical developers • Microsoft certifications such as MB-300, MB-310, MB-500, PL-200, or PL-600 are a plus • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills • Agile or hybrid implementation methodology experience preferred Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): • Experience with global rollouts, multi-entity/multi-currency environments • Familiarity with Retail/Commerce, HR, or Field Service modules • Understanding of Azure services, data architecture, and security models • Exposure to ISVs or third-party add-ons for D365 • PMP, Scrum Master, or Prosci certification is a plus for senior roles
