Key Responsibilities: • Platform Administration: Support and optimize Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender for Office platforms, configure security settings, and manage compliance features. • Data Governance and Compliance: Implement policies ensuring regulatory compliance, monitor metrics, and oversee data classification and DLP policies. • User Support: Provide technical assistance and best practices guidance to end-users. • Collaboration and Communication: Work with IT, security, and compliance teams; communicate incident reports and improvement recommendations. • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on platform features, automate activities with scripting, and identify process enhancements. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation; generate performance and compliance reports. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields. • Experience with Microsoft Purview and Defender for Office. • Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices. • Scripting skills (Power Shell, Python). • Experience with ticketing systems like Service Now. • Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Security, Azure Security) are a plus. Preferred Skills: • Experience with DLP technologies, compliance regulations, and cloud security. Work Environment: Occasional after-hours support; collaborative team setting.
