Are you ready to take your career to new heights? Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Data and Reporting Analyst with 5-7 years of experience to join our Information Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in building and implementing data governance and reporting governance structures. Key Responsibilities: • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide data-driven solutions. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation. • Design and implement data governance and reporting governance structures to ensure data quality and compliance. • Support the implementation of data management best practices and standards. • Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and reporting. • Demonstrated ability to actively listen to executive leadership, understand their needs and concerns, and respond with clarity and professionalism. • Experience in effectively influencing executive leadership by presenting well-reasoned arguments, building consensus, and driving strategic initiatives. • Experience in coordinating and driving cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration across various departments, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5-7 years of experience in data analysis and reporting within a manufacturing environment. • Proven experience in building and implementing data governance and reporting governance structures. • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software - Power BI. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX). • Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques. • Certification in data analytics or related fields.
