Overview Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr Position: Network/Systems Administrator Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire or Contract Compensation: $40/hour - $50/hour (DOE) This range is provided by Dahl Consulting. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Key Responsibilities • Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments. • Manage and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft 365 infrastructure. • Support and configure VMware environments (moving away from VMware over time). • Understand firewall administration, ideally with SonicWall experience (vendor-managed in the future). • Assist with switch configuration and management as needed. • Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including CrowdStrike. • Collaborate with IT leadership to improve systems and processes across the organization. • Participate in on-call rotation once every five weeks (post-conversion). Qualifications Required: • Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 • Basic understanding of networking and switch administration • Experience with VMware environments Preferred (Nice to Have): • Familiarity with SonicWall firewall configuration • Exposure to endpoint security tools like CrowdStrike • Previous experience supporting a multi-site organization Seniority level • Mid-Senior level Job function • Information Technology Industries • Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
