Role - M365 Engineer Location - Atlanta, GA Mode - Fulltime/Onsite Job Description- • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments. • Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and services, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, etc. • Experience in enterprise design, development and implementation of collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 products and services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform. • Strong experience in developing solutions in SharePoint and Teams using SPFX framework (React). • Strong experience in designing and developing solutions in Power automate and Power apps. • Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation. MS Graph is a plus. • Experience in security and compliance of the Microsoft 365 environment. • Experience performing Data migrations (Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, Google, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Consolidation and Identity Management.) • Knowledge of other complimentary collaboration applications such as: Quest, Poppulo, Bit Titan MigrationWiz, Sharegate, Send grid / Twillio, SharePoint Framework development. • Attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL, preferably using Service Now – Incidents, Tasks, Problems, Knowledge, CMDB, Reporting, Dashboards. Proven track record to manage support and request tickets within SLAs, and drive Microsoft support cases to closure. • Work cross-functionally with different teams to support customer mission objectives • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: • Provide engineering and administrative support for (M365 Services, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Platform, etc.) and guidance to enhance collaboration and productivity. • Provides troubleshooting expertise within the O365 ecosystem to ensure resolution in a timely manner. • Work on development and support task as assigned in adequate tools such as Jira or ServiceNow. #LI-RJ2 Salary Range-$110,000-$120,000 a year
