Job Title: AI Engineer / Consultant – AI Practice Location: Redmond, WA Experience: 4–6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / AI Consultant with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions for enterprise use cases. The ideal candidate will have experience with LLMs, AutoML, and AI-assisted development, and be able to contribute to scalable AI systems integrated with enterprise platforms like Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for use cases such as prediction, anomaly detection, and natural language processing Integrate AI features like Copilot, AutoML, and LLMs into existing data and analytics pipelines Collaborate with data engineers and architects to build AI-infused dataflows and dashboards Create prompt engineering templates and optimize LLM use for business automation Generate synthetic test data, automate model validation, and monitor data drift Work with business teams to define AI use cases and translate them into production-ready solutions Support governance, model versioning, and ethical AI compliance Participate in AI model performance tuning, retraining strategies, and A/B testing Required Skills: Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) and prompt engineering Knowledge of AutoML, synthetic data generation, and model explainability (SHAP, LIME) Hands-on experience with AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric AI integration Understanding of ML Ops concepts like CI/CD for models, version control, and testing Good communication and documentation skills for AI solution delivery
