"LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY" • Strong expertise in Fortinet products required: FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiClient EMS. • Fortinet NSE 4 certification required (NSE 5–7 preferred). We are seeking a seasoned Network Security Engineer with deep expertise in Fortinet technologies and a strong background in designing and maintaining secure network architectures. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience and hold a Fortinet NSE 4 certification or higher. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and manage secure network environments using the Fortinet security suite. • Configure and maintain FortiGate firewalls, including high availability, VPNs (IPSec/SSL), and UTM features. • Deploy and operate centralized security platforms such as FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer. • Monitor network activity and respond to security threats, incidents, and anomalies. • Conduct regular risk assessments and support compliance initiatives. • Maintain up-to-date documentation on configurations and standard operating procedures. • Provide Tier 3 technical support and collaborate across IT and security teams. • Participate in after-hours or weekend support as needed. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in network security engineering roles. • Strong expertise in Fortinet products: FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiClient EMS. • Fortinet NSE 4 certification (NSE 5–7 preferred). • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, IDS/IPS systems, firewalls, and VPN technologies. • Experience with network segmentation, secure remote access, and advanced threat protection. • Solid understanding of routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs). Preferred Qualifications: • Experience integrating Fortinet solutions with third-party tools (e.g., Azure AD, Okta). • Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Ansible). • Exposure to public cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and associated security models. • Background in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.
