A company is looking for a Director of BI & Analytics to lead enterprise data strategy and analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and execute a multi-year enterprise data analytics strategy aligned with growth and value-based care objectives Champion the modernization of data infrastructure and build a comprehensive analytics framework ensuring data accuracy and compliance Manage stakeholder expectations, influence cross-functional teams, and create a collaborative team environment Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, analytics, statistics, or a related field 8+ years of experience in data analytics and engineering, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role Strong expertise with modern data stacks including Databricks, SQL, Azure, AWS, Power BI, and Python Experience in data governance, dashboard development, and big data strategy Deep understanding of value-based care analytics and healthcare operations
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, analytics, statistics, or a related field
