Hybrid - 3 days onsite/week) Type: Full-Time | U.S. Citizenship Required Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a Microsoft SQL Server Database Administrator with strong technical expertise and a polished, professional presence to support enterprise-level SQL environments. Responsibilities • Manage and maintain SQL Server databases in a highly available enterprise environment • Administer and support Always On clustering and merged replication • Execute complex SQL tuning and indexing • Develop and maintain SSIS packages for data transformation • Support database deployments and troubleshoot performance issues • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients Qualifications • 7+ years of SQL Server DBA experience • Expertise in Always On clustering, replication, performance tuning, indexing, and SSIS • Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing professionalism • Located in the Pittsburgh, PA region • BI development experience preferred • Willingness to participate in rotating shift and on-call schedules Immediate interviews and quick start available.
