ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Manage complex initiatives that extend across organizational boundaries, supporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing enhancements to maximize outcomes and growth. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to launch, maintain, and enhance complex solutions. Drive outcomes by fostering a collaborative culture and managing relationships with key stakeholders to identify the underlying business impact of initiatives. • Collaborate with Product Management and business stakeholders to provide direction to Agile and stakeholder teams, facilitating the development of PI Objectives and ensuring alignment with Data and Analytics OKRs and Program Increment execution. • Use agile methodologies and tools to drive the identification and management of risks, dependencies, and milestones, helping to drive PI Planning and execution by collaborating Agile teams and key business stakeholders. • Keep business stakeholders informed of progress toward outcomes and milestones. • Help teams and ARTs in improving predictability, productivity, quality, and flow. Support and guide efforts to bring transparency across the organization and to stakeholders. • Define and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure data products meet performance and availability expectations. • Stay current with industry trends to identify characteristics of high performing teams and organizations, helping to improve business agility within the Data & Analytics organization. • Implement change control processes to manage updates, enhancements, and changes to data products. • Assist in the development of business solutions to further drive value realization. • Support the solution and data product portfolio and delivery execution model. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Leads a team utilizing a matrix management system. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 10 years experience in a program operation role with 3 years in program management capacity. 8 years project management or program management experience in an Agile at Scale environment. Proven success in leading large scale Agile transformation. Preferred Qualifications: • Master's Degree. • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP). • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications. • Experience coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets. • Experience using Jira Align and Jira. Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. Licenses/Certifications: • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI - Preferred Additional Scaled Agile Framework Certifications Including: • SAFe Release Train Engineer • SAFe Lean Portfolio Management • SAFe Agilist • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager • SAFe Scrum Master • SAFe DevOps Practitioner Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSAs) • Ability to synthesize large complex data and analysis into clear, concise, executive level presentations that allow for rapid grasp of business problem or opportunity and understanding of feasible solutions. • Effective understanding of how functions integrate within the division and the strategic concept behind the corporate goals. • Ability to translate business needs as it relates to technology, systems, and vendor platforms. • Ability to identify and shepherd strategic opportunities that have a significant impact on the organization. • Ability to establish working relationships and influence/persuade across all levels of leadership including C-Suite. • Knowledge and discipline of Process Improvement. • Use of Microsoft Applications. • Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
