Key Responsibilities • AI Implementation: Oversee the deployment of AI solutions for predictive analytics, risk modeling, and customer insights. • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of data scientists, AI engineers, and BI analysts. • Innovation Initiatives: Lead the adoption of advanced AI technologies such as NLP, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms. • Governance and Compliance: Implement frameworks for the ethical use of AI, ensuring transparency and regulatory compliance. • Strategic Collaboration: Work with underwriting, actuarial, claims, and IT departments to deliver data-driven insights and solutions. • Operational Efficiency: Drive automation efforts for routine tasks to enhance operational efficiency. • Data Integration: Incorporate diverse data sources to improve risk assessment and pricing models. Qualifications • Education: B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. • Experience: 8+ years in AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics; 6+ years in a leadership role. • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI/ML algorithms, statistical analysis, programming languages (Python, R), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). • Analytical Thinking: Ability to use data to conduct root cause analysis and develop high-quality metrics. • Team Building: Proven ability to establish positive connections and work collaboratively.
