What's the position? • Administer and enhance the HiBob platform to ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR). • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Security teams to develop and implement system configurations and upgrades tailored to our evolving business needs. • Troubleshoot system issues and work with both internal and external partners to resolve technical problems swiftly. • Maintain data integrity across all HR systems through regular audits and corrective actions as needed. • Create custom reports and dashboards to glean insights from HR metrics, trends, and performance indicators. • Analyze data with HR business partners to identify opportunities for process enhancements and strategic initiatives. • Identify and implement automation and integration opportunities to streamline HR processes. • Work with cross-functional teams to scope and execute system integration projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Develop training materials and user guides to promote effective use of HR technology among the People team and other team members. • Provide consistent user support and resolve inquiries in a timely manner. • Stay informed about legislative changes and best practices in HR data management, privacy, and security. • Ensure HiBob policies and procedures adhere to regulations and internal standards, implementing safeguards for sensitive information. What are we looking for? We seek a skilled HRIS Analyst to join our People Team. This permanent, full-time role presents an exciting opportunity to enhance our HR technologies and processes. You will manage HR technology operations and People analytics, focusing primarily on HiBob, while driving continuous improvement across our HRIS and administrative functions.
