Senior SharePoint Administrator/Developer The SharePoint Administrator/Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting SharePoint environments to ensure seamless implementation of applications, workflows, and integration services. This role involves analyzing business processes and translating them into effective technical solutions within SharePoint, including the development and maintenance of sites, document libraries, lists, workflows, and PowerApps. The position also includes guiding business users in utilizing SharePoint to enhance their functions. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and administer SharePoint environments, including sites, databases, workflows, and content management services. Develop enterprise solutions using SharePoint technologies to improve efficiency and collaboration. Create and maintain sites, pages, lists, views, and functions within SharePoint. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, recommending improvements through SharePoint. Develop applications and dashboards to enhance organizational communication and collaboration. Monitor system usage, review reports, manage space, archive content, and optimize performance. Work with IT teams, including system administrators, network engineers, security professionals, analysts, and web developers, to maintain a robust SharePoint ecosystem. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance SharePoint solutions. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize SharePoint functionalities. Required Skills and Experience: Strong proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online. Knowledge of SharePoint features such as document management, forms customization, workflow automation, and collaboration tools. Experience with SharePoint Designer, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), and related technologies. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. At least three years of experience as a SharePoint administrator or developer. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience in defining business requirements and implementing tailored SharePoint solutions. This role requires a candidate capable of leading SharePoint initiatives to streamline and optimize business processes through intelligent design and system integration.
