In this role, you will: • Manage and maintain on-premises Active Directory and cloud-based identity directories, including Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory). • Develop and implement security policies to protect identity infrastructure. • Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions for internal clients. • Serve as a subject matter expert for hybrid Active Directory/Entra . • Support Public-Key Infrastructure with Active Directory Certificate Services and monitor system performance and security. • Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution for complex issues. • Create automated solutions to enhance security and efficiency. • Collaborate with MSPs, support, architecture, and operations teams. • Assess current environments for improvements and develop continuous improvement plans. • Maintain documentation and share knowledge with the team. What we look for: • 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise environments. • Extensive experience with Entra , Active Directory, and identity security. • Strong background in identity security frameworks like Zero Trust and NIST. • Knowledge of Azure security and SIEM systems. • Experience with hybrid identity scenarios and integration. • Proficiency with GPOs, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Graph APIs. • Experience with Azure AD Privileged Identity Management and governance. • Advanced scripting skills (Power Shell, MS Graph, VBScript, YAML, Python). • Familiarity with password-less solutions and external user access management. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Comfortable working in an Agile environment. #LI-HYBRID Workplace type: Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH We value diversity and encourage fresh perspectives.
