This is done by performing the regular BAU activities on the on-premises mobility infrastructures like AirWatch, XenMobile, MobileIron etc., cloud mobility infrastructures like Intune, SOTI etc., periodic maintenance and addressing repetitive end user incidents and requests within the specified SLA. This role also spills over to the bigger Application support including SOP based application packaging and publishing. 1. Monitor, Report, Administer, Troubleshoot, and provide L1 support for mobility infrastructure 2. Address end user incidents and requests related to mobility and apps 3. Update the support ticket with the progress 4. Incident Management 5. Understand SOP documents and consult L2 team in case of any discrepancies Technical Skills: - Mobility - Understanding of on-premises/cloud mobility solutions; Intune, AirWatch, XenMobile, MobileIron etc., - Good understanding of iOS and Android platforms and applications Application Packaging and publishing: - Troubleshoot application packaging and publishing - Intune Application Wrapper, Jamf Composer, and other package tools - Publishing apps through Intune and SCCM LDAP: - Basic Active Directory user administration? End-User: - Outlook Mobile clients on both iOS and Android platforms - Teams/OneDrive/BOX mobility clients - Device Enrolments, remote full and partial wipe Scripting: - Basic scripting knowledge for custom application deployment
