We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Lab Technician to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will support flavor development operations by accurately compounding flavor samples and ensuring lab efficiency and compliance. Your work will directly contribute to the success of customer projects, product innovation, and internal R&D efforts. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and compound flavor samples accurately and efficiently for customer briefs, product applications, QC testing, and other project needs. • Serve as a point of contact to support timely sample requests from internal labs and cross-functional teams. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date formula records and documentation in compliance with internal protocols. • Monitor, stock, and organize raw materials and laboratory supplies to ensure readiness and operational efficiency. • Maintain organized flavor cabinets, ensuring that all samples are within date and easy to locate. • Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly laboratory environment in line with all Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) standards and good laboratory practices. Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology) Skills & Competencies: • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in common PC applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) • Basic understanding of laboratory documentation protocols • Familiarity with lab equipment and safe handling of flavor compounds • Ability to follow flavor formulations accurately, with attention to speed and precision • Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory and manage lab space efficiently Why Join Us?
