What You Will Do: • Understand clients' business requirements, translating their processes into effective ERP solutions that maximize product strengths and bridge value gaps. • Manage end-to-end implementations of D365 Finance & Operations. • Design comprehensive solutions that incorporate industry best practices and collaborate closely with your peers. • Contribute to the development of company tools and assets, enhance delivery processes, select software and ISVs, and stay current with new tools and versions. Key Responsibilities: • Establish trust with clients by grasping their business needs and developing strategies for impactful benefits using Infor and Deloitte solutions. • Lead multiple workstreams in projects, guiding teams to ensure deliverables align with project plans. • Oversee project management activities, escalating risks and coordinating cross-functional efforts as needed. About the Team: We partner with clients to tackle their most pressing operational challenges. Our team covers the entire supply chain, from procurement to manufacturing, leveraging data and analytics to provide real-time insights. In a fast-paced environment, we help clients modernize their supply chains with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and interconnected systems, transforming them into competitive advantages. Qualifications: • Required: • 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, or as an internal consultant focused on ERP. • 7+ years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. • Experience with 5+ full life-cycle ERP implementations in Finance or Operations. • Background in Finance. • Proficient in business requirements and design documentation. • Leading workshops with key stakeholders. • Sales experience. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. • Preferred: • Experience with modifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across various modules. • Understanding of the Dynamics 365 solution data model. • Familiarity with data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365. Compensation Information: The wage range for this role reflects numerous factors in making compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, and business needs. The current estimated range is $130,800 to $241,000. Note that hiring decisions usually do not begin at the top of the scale, as they depend on individual facts and circumstances.
