Job Summary We’re seeking a dedicated SQL Programmer to work on-site at our San Diego office and assist with the conversion of legacy FoxPro applications into modern SQL-based systems. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on critical business operations for a well-established company in the [e.g., legal support, construction tech, or lien compliance] space. Responsibilities • Convert legacy FoxPro programs to SQL-based systems • Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and views • Assist with data migration, cleanup, and optimization • Analyze legacy code and document business logic • Support data automation and internal reporting needs • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data and performance Qualifications • 2+ years of SQL programming experience (SQL Server, MySQL, or similar) • Experience working with or converting FoxPro or Visual FoxPro systems • Strong understanding of relational databases and query optimization • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a small team • Familiarity with SSRS, SSIS, or similar reporting tools (preferred) Nice to Have • Background in construction, legal services, or document compliance systems • Experience with data mapping and ETL workflows • Familiarity with cloud-based databases (Azure SQL, AWS RDS) is a plus Benefits • Stable, long-term opportunity with consistent project work • Flexible hours (on-site only) • Supportive and collaborative team environment • Competitive compensation based on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $39.93 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: • San Diego, CA 92123 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • San Diego, CA 92123: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
