CEI’s Solutions division is seeking a software architect focused on building cloud solutions for enterprise customers. We need someone with a passion to help customers build leading-edge solutions using the latest cloud technologies in Microsoft Azure. You will help our team and our customers architect, design, migrate, implement, and develop cloud solutions using modern technologies and approaches. The right candidate will have passion and drive to listen to customers’ needs, craft solutions and build roadmaps to those solutions – while delivering with outstanding customer service. You should expect to work with a team of experts and help contribute back to that team. A software development background (computer science) is a must for this role. Candidate must also have a strong track record of helping teams deliver modern web, mobile, and data solutions in the cloud following agile methods. Technology Experience Background The right candidate will have designed and built Azure cloud application solutions with teams. This includes leveraging both IaaS and PaaS for web, mobile, IoT, DevOps, API, data platform, BI, AI, and related solutions. We are looking for candidates with a software development background that have prior experience with .NET / C#, Angular / React, Web API, REST, JavaScript, data integration, and more. Some additional considerations include: • Modern, industry certifications (Azure Architect preferred) • Ability to build a trusted advisory relationship with strategic accounts and engage with Architects, Development Directors, VPs of Engineering, CTO, and CIO • Identify customer priorities, technical objections, and design strategies which encompass the entire cloud ecosystem to deliver business value and resolve blockers • Experience building, architecting, designing, and implementing highly-distributed global cloud-based systems • Experience with cloud DevOps such as deployment automation through ARM, Terraform, Bicep, scripting, etc. • Experience in network infrastructure, security, data, or application development involving cloud-native solutions • Experience with modern software architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premise to cloud migration deployments and roadmaps • Effectively promote cloud services with customers at conferences, meetups, and online • Polished communication skills, both written and verbal, which enable you to engage with customers and your team in a confident and enjoyable manner CEI Solutions Division CEI’s Solutions division is a passionate team of software experts that work daily to build custom applications that delight users.
