Title: IT Executive Support Administrator Duration: 6 Months CTH Location: Houston, TX Pay: $35 - $40 Key Responsibilities: • Provide immediate and highly effective technical support for hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals), software (Microsoft 365 suite, specialized executive applications, VPN), and network connectivity issues for executives, both in-office, at home, and while traveling. • Provide dedicated IT support for executive offsite meetings, conferences, and special events, both domestically and internationally, which may require occasional travel. Must haves: • 7+ years of Desktop Support experience with at least 5+ years of executive support experience • 7+ experience supporting O365 products including SharePoint, TeaMDms, Onedrive, Outlook (passwords/login/etc) • Proficiency with mobile device management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Intune, Workspace ONE) and supporting iOS/Android devices. • Experience with video conferencing systems (e.g., Crestron, Polycom, Cisco, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms). • Familiarity with identity management (Active Directory, Azure AD).
