In business for 20+ years, we focus on Microsoft Technologies, Software Development, and help companies with AI adoption and support. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role to support the deployment of M365 Teams Voice. This will be a 2nd Level position working at Ovatio in Fort Washington, PA. The role involves providing end user and organizational technical support for Microsoft 365 and Teams Voice, assisting with troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to voice services. Qualifications • Strong Communication skills • Business Process knowledge • M365 support experience • Experience in VoIP technologies and voice services specifically TEAMs Voice • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 and Teams Voice support
