Job Title: Data Engineer (Azure/Analytics/AI) Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite, must be willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ to be considered) Salary: $80K to $130K Must be authorized to work in USA, No visa sponsorship available! We’re looking for a curious and motivated Data Engineer who thrives at the intersection of AI, Analytics, and real-world impact and who can handle the entire lifecycle — from raw data to deployed insights to supporting production Analytics/AI systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Azure Data Factory, Python, PySpark, Databricks and Azure Synapse/Fabric. You will play a key role in designing and deploying intelligent systems that support clinical decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Data Integration · Data Pipeline Development: design, build and maintain scalable, automated data pipelines to enable Reporting, Data Visualization, Advanced Analytics, and Machine Learning solutions. · Data Integration: integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, flat files, and third-party vendors, into centralized data lake and data warehouse. Write high-performance SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources · Data Quality: Implement data validation, cleansing, and monitoring processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of healthcare data Analytics/AI · Build and operationalize Predictive Analytics (e.g. forecasting which treatment is likely to succeed based on patient similarities) · Implement Prescriptive Analytics (e.g. as recommending optimal treatment paths based on historical outcomes and clinical guidelines) · Design and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to support insights and decision-making Production Support · Assist with production support for Azure Data Factory and Analytics/AI infrastructure including monitoring, performance tuning, security and backup/recovery · Implement high-availability and disaster recovery solutions Qualifications · 4 years’ experience data pipeline (ETL/ELT) development using Azure Data Factory and Azure Cloud data technologies. · Experience with Python and Azure Functions for data processing and manipulation · Experience with implementing and running AI/ML models using Databricks, and PySpark · Experience with production support (monitoring, security, backup/recovery) Preferred Skills · Strong hands-on Analytics experience with Azure Synapse (or Azure Fabric) · Exposure to Data Lake, Delta Lake and Data Warehouse architecture and modeling · Experience creating interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI · Knowledge of Python libraries (especially scikit-learn, pandas) · Familiarity with core AI/ML methods such as: Logistic Regression, Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), Time Series Models What Sets Us Apart: Our team is mission-driven and united by a common purpose: healing humanity through a revolutionary transdisciplinary model.
