Job Title: Generative AI Engineer Location: Washington, Massachusetts Duration: Subcon / Fulltime Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement generative Al models and algorithms, providing use case and AI based solutions for existing applications. • Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services. • Conduct research to advance the state of the art in generative AI. • Analyze and interpret complex data to derive actionable insights. • Optimize and fine tune Al models for performance and scalability. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. • Develop and maintain real time AI based document generation systems. • Implement AI based search functionalities to enhance information retrieval. Required Skills: Machine Learning: Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Deep Learning: Experience with deep learning techniques, including neural networks, GANS (Generative Adversarial Networks), and VAEs (Variational Autoencoders). Programming Languages: Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages. Data Analysis: Expertise in data preprocessing, analysis, and visualization. Research: Ability to conduct independent research and stay abreast of the latest AI research papers and trends. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders Real-Time Systems: Experience in developing and deploying real-time AI applications Document Generation: Proficiency in creating AI models for automated document generation. AI-Based Search: Expertise in implementing AI-based search algorithms and enhancing search functionalities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in developing and deploying generative Al models in a production environment, along with good knowledge in Azure AI. Tools: Familiarity with Al development tools and platforms (e.g., Jupyter, Colab, AWS SageMaker) Collaboration: Experience working in collaborative, interdisciplinary teams. Real-Time Project Experience: Demonstrated experience in handling real-time AI projects, particularly in document generation and AI-based search.
