Job Description: PepWear is looking for an on-premises IT Systems Administrator to join our growing team. This full-time position is based at our headquarters in Cedar Hill, Texas, and offers opportunities for career advancement as our company expands. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for Windows 10 & 11, MS Office, multiple browsers, Wi-Fi and LAN TCPIP connections, Remote Access, VPN, file shares, desktop and notebook computers, and printers. Manage company POS iPads, including imaging, updating, setup, and troubleshooting issues. Use imaging tools to build and deploy computers and laptops; perform hardware upgrades and replacements. Contribute to the department's technical knowledgebase and procedures. Provide setup support for mobile devices (Wi-Fi, email & general use). Assist in Active Directory administration functions, including user accounts and password updates. Handle multiple interruptions, multi-task effectively, and meet deadlines. Troubleshoot and interpret problems, providing efficient solutions. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills/Experience You'll Need: 2+ years of experience in IT Support. Strong knowledge of: Desktop and Laptop hardware Windows 10, 11 & Server 2019, 2022 operating systems Microsoft Office 365 Client printers and network copiers Apple iPad and other mobile devices Broad knowledge of IT equipment and technical support operations, policies, and procedures. Working knowledge of hardware, software, applications, networks, and other systems. Excellent troubleshooting abilities and familiarity with tools used in IT equipment maintenance and repair. Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly. Intermediate math skills, including fractions, percentages, ratios/proportions, and measurements. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple tasks by assessing and prioritizing work projects. Ability to make sound decisions and handle stressful situations professionally. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and respond appropriately to requests and inquiries. Nice-to-Have Skills: Basic knowledge of web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Shopify. Experience with basic coding and scripting languages like Python or PowerShell, particularly for automation tasks. Understanding of website performance optimization and basic SEO principles. Knowledge of database management and basic SQL queries. Exposure to e-Commerce platforms or web-based application support. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. Experience with QuickBase, including usage, customization, and application design.
