5+ years of professional experience in the Microsoft Power PlatformITIL experience: foundational knowledge and experience following Change Management and Service Management methodologyExperience with web applications, basic web designWorking knowledge of database/data modeling principles for application designProficiency configuring, customizing, and managing Dataverse:Tables, columns, keys, and relationshipsForms, views, search, app site map, charts, and dashboardsDataflows, calculated / roll up fields, and business rulesBackground processes, real time workflows, and business process flowsProfessional experience developing in 4 or more of the Power Platform technologies (specifically: Power Apps - Model Driven, Power Apps - Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate - Cloud flows, Power BI – Desktop & Publishing to Online, Power Query, AI Builder)General knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform licensing, the API limits, and throttling limitations within Power PlatformExperience performing Solution upgrades between environments, including best practicesFamiliarity of Active Directory and basic security protocolsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret helpdesk tickets and emails.The following directly relates to on-the-job experience that will be performedExpertise with Power Platform environment management:Managing Security Roles, Column Security Profiles, Teams, Users, and Business UnitsEnvironment settings, environment variables, working with the audit logBackup and restore, duplicating, and resource managementSharePoint document management integrationExpertise exporting/importing Power Pages sites between environmentsProficiency with scripting languages and formats, such as PowerShell, JavaScript, Liquid Code, Fluent UI, HTML/CSS, JSON, and XMLUI/UX designFamiliarity with Azure B2B
