In this role, you will analyze, strategize, and support cost mitigation and utilization within our clients' benefit plans. Working primarily with middle market to large group clients, this client-facing position will add significant value to our partnerships. The Healthcare Data Consultant is responsible for designing risk management strategies and producing measurable outcomes for clients using data and technology. Develop risk strategies through value-based plan design and benefits initiatives. Prepare financial forecasts using predictive modeling tools. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to optimize efficiency and quality. Enhance communication platforms by leveraging technology. Support sales efforts and present plan performance reports to clients regularly. Evaluate current product results, identify needs, monitor competitors, and analyze customer experience. Travel for client and prospect meetings, with time allocated for planning and training. Provide timelines to meet expectations and contribute to team goals. Maintain composure under pressure in a deadline-driven environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Travel may be up to 20% of the time. What’s in it for You?
