ServiceNow certifications Experience with ServiceNow integration tools and APIs. • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with a proven track record of successful implementations and management. • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices. • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX).
