About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team in the fashion retail industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with retail buyers, wholesalers, and distributors. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and ensuring strong partnerships with fashion retailers. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including boutiques, department stores, and online retailers. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale partners to drive repeat business. • Present and sell fashion collections to retail buyers through showroom appointments, trade shows, and virtual meetings. • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and order quantities to maximize profitability while meeting client needs. • Stay informed about fashion trends, competitor activities, and market demands to optimize sales strategies. • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries. • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, tracking progress through CRM systems. • Provide post-sales support, handling inquiries, feedback, and resolving any client concerns. Requirements: • Proven experience in B2B fashion sales, wholesale, or retail buying (preferably in apparel, accessories, or luxury goods). • Strong network of fashion retail contacts is a plus. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies accordingly. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. • Experience using CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
