Ideally this person is a great communicator and team player, is proactive in moving projects forward, and is comfortable defining requirements, user stories, and development tasks. This role will require skills in data solutions development, data analysis, documenting functional/technical requirements, building user relationships, and cross-team collaboration. The Reporting Analyst should also be able to manage multiple project workloads, develop a good understanding of the development/business processes, and identify opportunities to improve processes with supported technologies. Requirements: Degree in a quantitative discipline (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math), or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate) Advanced SQL skills (querying data, creating views/stored procs) Nice to Haves: Other BI Tools (QlikView, SSRS, Cognos) Scripting experience for data movement (VBA, Python, R, etc.) Knowledge of Financial Applications and Accounting Systems Data Modeling Critical Performance Competencies: Analytical and critical thinking ability Self-motivated & self-directed Effectively communicate with business, accounting, and technology teams Learn processes, systems, and applications quickly.
