Key Responsibilities: Assist in the collection, cleaning, and organization of diverse datasets. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Learn and apply various data analysis techniques and tools. Contribute to the interpretation of data findings and their business implications. Qualifications: Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Strong understanding of fundamental statistical concepts and principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Exposure to data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Must be eligible to work in the US and based in or willing to relocate to the Charlotte, North Carolina area.
