We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong experience in Finance & Operations (F&O) and hands-on exposure to development/customization. The ideal candidate will combine functional expertise in business processes (finance, supply chain, operations) with technical understanding to help design, configure, and extend D365 solutions that align with business needs. • Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across finance, supply chain, and operational areas. • Configure and customize D365 Finance & Operations modules to support business processes. • Assist with solution architecture discussions and recommend improvements for system performance and usability. • Develop functional design documents and review technical specifications to ensure alignment with requirements. • Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and optimization of the D365 environment. • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field. • Should be a qualified accountant • 5+ years of experience as a D365 Functional Consultant, with a focus on Finance & Operations (F&O). • Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operational processes within ERP systems. • Hands-on experience with D365 customizations and development. • Knowledge of system architecture, data entities, integrations, and Power Platform. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to bridge business and technical discussions. • Proven ability to work with both business users and developers to deliver end-to-end solutions. • Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or similar certifications.
